New: pick your pitch slot right after the intake
Companies now book their 15-minute pitch slot directly at the end of the intake. The Teams invitation and the pitch instructions are sent automatically.
Until now a company that submitted an intake waited up to two weeks for an e-mail with a proposed pitch date. From 1 September that step is gone: after the last intake screen you see the free slots on the coming Friday afternoons and pick one yourself.
The booking creates the Teams meeting, sends the invitation to you and to all participating organisations, and attaches the fixed pitch instructions: 15 minutes, your solution, your concrete question to the health organisations, and the financial model behind the collaboration you want. Conexco still screens the dossier for completeness and fit; if a dossier does not fit the pre-commercial focus we contact you before the pitch date.
For members nothing changes in the calendar, except that the invitation now arrives earlier and already carries the domain tags of the dossier, so you can decide who in your organisation should watch.
If you need to move your pitch, you can reschedule to another free slot from your dossier page in the portal. Slots are released automatically if a dossier is withdrawn.
