Conexco

How Conexco works

One process for companies and for 20 health organisations: a structured intake, a single 15-minute pitch to all members, and consolidated feedback within 60 days. The whole cycle takes about two months.

The three steps in detail

  1. 1

    Complete the structured intake

    About 10 minutes · online

One questionnaire, six short sections: your company, your contact details, your offering, the collaboration you are looking for, your pitch deck and a few closing questions. The same structure for every company, so members can compare dossiers at a glance.

    • Conexco screens each intake for completeness and fit with the pre-commercial focus, usually within a week.
    • Use the Conexco pitch deck template so members find the information where they expect it.
    • You can update your information later from your own dossier view.
  2. 2

Pick a slot and pitch to all members at once

15 minutes · Friday afternoons · online, recorded

Directly after the intake you pick a free 15-minute slot on a Friday afternoon. You and all participating organisations receive the same Teams invitation with fixed instructions. About eight pitch moments run every month.

    • Ten minutes to present, five minutes for questions from the members.
    • The pitch is recorded and stored with your dossier, so members who could not attend can still watch it.
    • Need another date? Reschedule to any free slot from your dossier view.
  3. 3

    Receive consolidated feedback

Within 60 days after the pitch

Members align internally and give their feedback per dossier on the platform. Conexco consolidates it into one general answer for you during the feedback meeting. Interested organisations then follow up with you one-on-one.

    • You see the general feedback and the status of your dossier in your own view.
    • Each interested member contacts you directly to explore a study, pilot or co-development.
    • No match this time? You can resubmit once your solution or question has evolved.

What a good pitch contains

Fifteen minutes is short. Members told us what they need to decide whether to follow up. Cover these three things and skip the rest.

  1. Your solution

What it does, for whom, and where it stands today: TRL, certification status, evidence so far.

  2. The concrete question

What you need from a health organisation: a validation study, a clinical trial, a pilot ward, a co-development partner, clinical input.

  3. The financial model

Who funds what in the collaboration you propose. Fully funded, partially funded, or looking for external funding together.

Pre-commercial first, commercial forwarded

Our focus lies mainly on pre-commercial initiatives like validation studies or clinical trials. These will most likely receive an invitation to pitch directly to the whole group of interested healthcare organisations. Commercial applications will be reviewed and forwarded internally at the individual institutions.

Pre-commercial proposals

Validation research, clinical studies, co-creation, pilot implementations.

  • Invited to pitch to all members at once
  • Consolidated feedback within 60 days
  • Interested members follow up individually

Commercial proposals

Sales, licensing or a commercial partnership for a product that is ready to buy.

  • Reviewed by the Conexco core team
  • Forwarded to the purchasing and innovation contacts of each member
  • Dossier status set to “Forwarded internally”

The feedback meeting

After each pitch afternoon the member contacts take the recording and the dossier back to their own teams. Every organisation records its interest level and comments on the platform: not interested, maybe, interested, or ready to follow up.

The core team then meets to consolidate all input into one general answer for the company. That answer is shared through the platform within 60 days of the pitch, together with the list of organisations that want an individual conversation. Internal notes stay internal.

The statuses a dossier goes through

Companies see their current status in their dossier view. Members and the core team see it for every dossier.
