Feedback meeting: 14 dossiers reviewed in one afternoon
On 23 April the members discussed 14 pitched dossiers in a single afternoon. Every company receives its consolidated feedback within two weeks.
The April feedback meeting brought together innovation staff from 16 member organisations for one afternoon in Genk. On the agenda: the 14 dossiers pitched between mid-February and early April, from a pre-hospital lactate test to a night-monitoring service for people with dementia living alone.
For each dossier one member summarised the written feedback collected in the portal, after which the group agreed on the consolidated message to the company and on who follows up. The whole afternoon took three and a half hours, roughly 15 minutes per dossier.
The outcome: five dossiers go to individual follow-up with two or more organisations, three are matched with a first study or pilot partner, four are closed with concrete reasons, and two commercial proposals are forwarded to purchasing contacts. All 14 companies received their general feedback by 7 May.
